Q: Do I need a partner to go to the lessons?
A: You can come alone or with a partner, friend... all are welcome.

Q: Do I have to book in advance?
A: You don't have to book in advance and you can turn up anytime. If you don't know your level or you are an absolute beginner it's better to come to the beginner lessons and I will tell you what are the best lessons for you.

Q: Are all the lessons still running?
A: Yes, all our advertised lessons on the site are current and accurate.

Q: What clothes do I have to wear?
A: Wear comfortable clothing which you'd be comfortable moving about in.

Q: Do I have to pay monthly fees?
A: No you can join us anytime and pay at the door everytime you come, so you pay as you go.

Q: Can a beginner join at the monthly socials?
A: Yes!! Socials are to dance and enjoy whatever your level is, there is always people at your level to dance with and first timers too.

Q: I dont know anybody at Salsa, is it ok to come along on my own?
A: Our lessons and parties have been voted the most friendly in York and Harrogate and that is for a reason, you won't feel on your own at anytime or intimidate by more experienced dancers. We are all there to learn, to dance and have fun while doing it.

Q: What is the right footwear?
A: Any footwear avoiding rubber soul will be ok to start with, you can later buy proper dancing shoes if you decide to take it to another level.
